Natural Law

Natural Laws are defined—to be precepts which so necessarily agree with the nature and state of man, that without observing nature’s maxims, the peace and happiness of society can never be preserved. —Kenneth Bartle Book Image, Law From Within

Footnote: For internet search engines this website is Naturale Law. The origin and etymology of naturale is Italian, natural, from Latin naturalist — ‘in a natural manner.’ ( Au naturel means, in the natural state, whilst au naturale is the misspelling of au naturel.).

Ius Naturale is Natural Law. Lex Naturale purports to be the natural aspects of Positive law, but because positive law is Man-made, the term is misleading at best.
